The Painted Skye has grown out of the very special community of Crestone, Colorado. We endeavor to serve this community and reflect its values.

We know you care about your health and the quality of the food you eat, and we know you care about how our choices impact the environment. That’s why we use only the highest quality organic whole food ingredients, sourced locally as much as possible from around the San Luis Valley in Southern Colorado.

We’ve gone the extra mile to ensure that everyone can enjoy our wholesome delicious food regardless of dietary preferences and restrictions. Vegan, Gluten Free, Sugar Free and Raw items are common on our menu. We are happy to be able provide cuisine for all people.
